I have been writing poetry, since I was a pre-teen, though originally it sounded more like song lyrics. The more I wrote, the more my poetry style formed, and soon became how I write today.
I don't always follow the correct way to write a poem, but that doesn't bother me, because like everything I write, I write these for me. 
Poetry is a way I could express myself, through love, pain and heartache. I don't always write good pieces, and trust me there has been many times I haven't, but when I do, these give me the confidence to share insights to who I am to the world.  
It took me a long time to be able to publish these to the world, because I wasn't confident within myself and these personal pieces meant something to me that I couldn't face criticism for.
Now, I publish these and though I don't always get the same response for the pieces I write, I have now grown older and wiser to realize that not everyone is going to like what you write, and that's ok. 
Your style or content is not for them, but those that they are meant for, will find the right audience.

​Welcome to my website!
This has been a long time coming and I am so glad to have finally gotten here. 
In 2021, I set up my original website... but in 2022 due to personal life events, I had to disable the site.
I was devastated because I had worked so hard on it but like everything in my life, this was not going to stop me. 
Two years later, I am back online and better then ever.
Always remember, that even if you have to step sidewards to move forward, growth is always growth. The only person that can stop you is you.
